  1. Hey Chris, sorry to hear you are battling repetitive stress injury. Are you using a mouse? Have you considered using a trackball?
  3. I've been using the Logitech M570 for about three years now and it transfers all the motion from your wrist to a light touch of the thumb on the trackball. You lose a slight amount of pointing accuracy but the fact that you can keep your wrist completely still on the mousepad means your wrist will thank you.
  5. I find I need to clean the gunk-and-crumbs out of the trackball about every 3 days. (It's designed to be popped out with a finger through an access port in the bottom) It's the same kind of stuff that falls out of your keyboard. Gross, but worth it to save your wrist some pain.
