  1. Hello Allan and Chris,
  3. I'm noticing a new feature on RAID controllers called CacheCade, which supposedly adds an SSD cache (using installed SSD drives) on top of the built-in controller cache. Version 1.0 has only read caching, version 2.0 has both read and write caching.
  5. With ZFS, my understanding is that you need to have at least 64 GB of RAM in order to properly utilize an SSD L2ARC read cache. How would this work at a RAID controller level?
  7. Big fan of the show,
  9. Todd
