  1. Hi guys, love the show.
  2.
  3. My company just recently acquired an Ethernet circuit from a large U.S. broadband provider. I'm reluctant to provide the actually subnets, so for purposes of my question, let's say they assigned the company a /24, which is 192.168.1.0 . They've also assigned a /30, which is 192.168.2.84. The /30 is for the connectivity between the company Router/Firewall or layer 3 switch and the provider: gateway(.85), customer (.86).

  5. Is it possible to route the /24 subnet simply by using FreeBSD and a couple of Intel NICs? If so, could you provide an example of how to set this up in FreeBSD? What are the pros-and-cons of doing this way. Are there other open source solutions that might be better suited for doing this?
