Terms of Service

You may only create Slexy.org pastes with content you own and/or are legally allowed to distribute. The content must not be prohibited according to the laws of the United States of America and the local laws at your physical location anywhere globally.
You may not create pastes with metadata or content/data/information containing any of the following:
- Compromised data, regardless of the author of the compromised data
- Personally identifying data
- Data which may cause direct or indirect harm to an individual or group of individuals
- Financial account identifiers (bank accounts, credit cards, etc.) and any related account information which is typically protected by financial institutions and account owners
- Credentials for any service, application, account, or otherwise access-controlled system
- Data whose primary purpose is to allow or instruct activities prohibited by U.S. laws and local laws
- Data owned by another party if you do not have legal authorization to distribute
- Content or metadata consisting mostly or completely of URLs to the same website or service
- Copyrighted data
- Pornographic data
- URLs to pornographic data
- Data prohibited by U.S. laws and local laws
- URLs or references to data prohibited by U.S laws and local laws
Automated creation of pastes, reading of pastes, or other HTTP(S) requests to Slexy.org via a fully or semi-automated manner (via software, scripts, code, or any source; executed with or without human action) are PROHIBITED except under the following conditions:
- Requests MUST have a User-Agent header identifying the software making the request. The value of the User-Agent header MUST allow identification of the primary piece of software the user is using directly.
- Requests MUST NOT have a User-Agent value that only identifies the libraries, logic, or dependencies used to make the request without additional information allowing identification of the primary piece of software the user is using directly.
- The combined total number of requests from any source, including any combination of sources running for the same or similar purposes, or otherwise in coordination, MUST NOT exceed 30 requests per 30 seconds.
- Requests MUST be made over HTTPS. Non-HTTPS requests will be rate limited.
- Any request from any source can be rate limited or blocked for any reason at any time without warning.
- Repeated Terms of Service violations may result in blocking for longer periods of time.
Any attempt to violate or circumvent these terms and any restrictions imposed, even if the restrictions are not specified in these terms, may result in request rate limiting, blocking, or deletion of pastes without warning.
